Conducting business under the name of “Ancestral Deeds”, I am registered with The Information Commissioner’s Office as a Data Controller under the Data Protection Act, and strictly observe client confidentiality at all times; all information supplied to me is stored securely, and contact details will at no time be shared with a third party without express permission. My holding of contact details is solely for the legitimate purpose of administering all aspects of the work undertaken on a client’s behalf, and any hard copies of invoices and correspondence are retained on file for a period of five years, in compliance with HMRC regulations.
